By using FlowNeural, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Account & Access

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlowNeural. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

FlowNeural may not be used for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or to generate harmful content. Automated abuse of the platform, including excessive API calls beyond your plan limits, is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

Content you create using FlowNeural belongs to you. The platform, its code, design, and branding are owned by FlowNeural. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our technology.

4. Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of credits have been used.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
